Q: Do you travel outside Metro Detroit? A: We primarily serve Metro Detroit and Southeast Michigan. For venues outside our usual area, we can discuss travel arrangements and any additional costs.
Day of Recital
Q: How early do you arrive for setup? A: We typically arrive 60-90 minutes before your recital starts to set up cameras, test audio, and coordinate with your venue staff.
Q: Will you capture every single routine? A: Absolutely! Our multi-camera setup and experience ensure every routine is captured from multiple angles. We've never missed a performance.
Q: What if the recital runs longer than expected? A: No worries! We plan for recitals to run over and include that time in our packages. Long recitals are common, and we're prepared.
Q: Can you film both afternoon and evening shows? A: Yes! Many studios have multiple performances. We offer package deals for studios with multiple shows on the same day.
Video Delivery
Q: How long until we receive the videos? A: For dance studios with digital delivery, our guaranteed turn around time is 30 days, but most often your video is completed much sooner. We average a 10-day turnaround at the conclusion of all your studio performances if having a multi-day performance.
Q: Do you provide online viewing options? A: Absolutely! We can set up secure online viewing and download portals, making it easy for families to access and share their videos.

Q: Are there any hidden fees? A: Never! Our quotes include everything except optional add-ons you specifically request. No surprise charges, ever.
